Wiring color code (single-phase series)
| Conductor | Color |
|---|---|
| L (Live) | Red |
| N (Neutral) | Blue |
| G (Ground) | Green-yellow |
Balance the electrical load across phases and avoid sharing a phase with air-conditioning to prevent interference. Use a conductor with sufficient cross-sectional area and do not cut or undersize the supply line. Install a leakage-protection switch and a proper ground; a GB-standard copper power cord is recommended.
Pre-Operation Test
- Remove all pots from the surface and confirm the wiring is correct.
- Before switching on the supply, set the cooker switch to zero.
- Switch on the supply; after about 10 seconds place a pot with water on the surface and turn the cooker on.
- When the unit sounds once and the LED shows “work”, adjust the power.
- If there is no sound and the LED shows a code (E1-E6), the unit has faulted; switch off the supply and contact technical support.
- The unit runs a self-test before heating, so wait a moment before adjusting the power.
- While cooking, do not cut the supply, which can damage the unit.
- Before switching off the supply, turn off the cooker switch first and confirm heating and the cooling fan have stopped.
Operating Instructions
Repeat the pre-operation test, then adjust the power: turn counterclockwise to decrease, clockwise to increase.
Power levels (800 W model): 500 W / 600 W / 800 W / ON-OFF.
