This high-temperature dishwasher is designed to keep your dishroom productive and efficient, able to tackle up to 50 racks per hour while using only 0.66 gallons per rack.

You also never have to worry whether your machine is reaching the proper temperature, as it can extend the cycle time to ensure that it reaches the 180 degree final rinse necessary to meet health code standards. It comes ready for a 8.6kW,380V setup and must be hard-wired. A 1/2″ NPT hot water connection is required, and it has a pumped drain with 6′ of 5/8″ ID flexible reinforced hose.
